3 tblspn. olive oil
3 garlic cloves
300g chicken breasts, no skin cut into cubes
300g chicken thigh, no skin cut into cubes
8 or more button mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 tomatoes diced
2 tblspn. butter
100 ml light cream
100 ml milk
1 tblspn. cornstarch
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. sugar
1 cup steamed broccoli flowerets
1/4 tblspn. white wine
Saute garlic, chicken, salt, pepper, mushrooms in
olive oil for 7 minutes. Add tomatoes and white wine
to pan. Simmer for 5 minutes more.
Add butter and cream. Bring to a boil. Dilute
cornstarch in milk and add to pan. Boil again.
Simmer over medium heat, stirring often, until thick.
Add sugar and broccoli, heat through and serve.
Garnish with parsley.
