1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tblspn. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. sinnamon
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup oats
broken walnuts
Preheat oven to 220℃
* Cream together sugar, butter, and salt.
* Add eggs slowly
* Combine flour and baking powder
* Alternately add flour and milk 2 times using an electric mixer.
* Add oats, cinnamon, and mashed banana. Mix slightly.
* Divide butter into 12 muffin cups.
* Sprinkle with walnuts.
* Bake in oven 20 to 25 minutes.
